Set up Sage Template Items
Specific Unique names are required by the Sage Connector, primarily :
- product - a flag indicating the Sage item involved. For example, the unique name 'productMaterials' would indicate that 'Materials' was the [VERIFY THIS]
- qty - is the multiplier of ...
- unitPrice - is the cost of each item
- pdesc - is the product description
- mLineDesc
- mLineComment1
- mLineComment2
- inputInvoiceNo
- outputInvoiceNo
- invoiceDate
use of %dummy% after a static item
Instead of Action Position in the image, it can be done using Status Change, with an interim of (eg) prepare for invoicing which sets these items then updates the Status to 30 which is what Sage looks for
